Hi! I’m Zo-Ee

I’m a Service Designer who worked as a UX Designer at Stampede, a UX design agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I graduated with a distinction for my MA in User Experience and Service Design at Loughborough University (2022-23), UK. By moving from a UX perspective that focuses on individual products and services to a system perspective with Service Design, I aim to create thoughtfully considered services that deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders in the ecosystem.

My interests

Sustainability, inclusivity and food systems

I have a strong interest in sustainability, especially in food systems having previously been a volunteer at Incredible Edible Loughborough, an urban farming initiative. From the diversity of our diets to farming methods and food distribution, I am invested in finding better ways for us to eat and be healthy while reducing our impact on the earth. I’m even a vegetarian!

This ethos translates into how we can make our services and digital products less resource intensive while maintaining a gold standard of accessibility.

I also believe it is important to identify and address systemic issues to break cycles of exclusion and oppression to make services and institutions fairer and more inclusive. This extends to making sure that services work for the differently abled and for people of all creeds and identities.
